To be eligible to receive a payment from the Settlement, you must submit a timely and valid Claim Form. The deadline to submit a Claim Form is December 31, 2026.

If you purchased or otherwise acquired the publicly traded Class A common stock of Marqeta, Inc. ("Marqeta Common Stock"), and/or purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded call options on such stock ("Marqeta Call Options"), and/or wrote publicly traded put options on such stock ("Marqeta Put Options"), between February 28, 2024 and November 4, 2024, inclusive (the "Settlement Class Period"), and were damaged thereby, you may be eligible to receive a Distribution Payment from the Settlement.
